Hello again, Ms. Malysheva (Svetlana): I am once again back home in the USA after my wonderful trip to Russia and Europe. I want to thank you once again for all that you did to make my day at the Izhevsk Zoo so wonderful. I am telling the truth when I say that day at your Zoo was the highlight of my journey! I cannot thank you enough for picking me up at the Airport, for giving me a place to sleep in your hotel, for feeding me delicious food, for the wonderful gifts you gave me (especially the books), for an excellent tour of your Zoo with your terrific staff, and especially for making me feel special. Wow, I cannot believe the special opportunities you gave me, including milking a goat and going in to meet your reindeer, Arctic foxes, and other animals. Of course the highlight was the amazing time I spent with your walrus keepers and with Sgata-Neseyka the walrus. My family and friends cannot believe the pictures of me with Sgata-Neseyka, and I will always treasure the painting and shirt painted by that walrus! Thank you so much! Please pass on my gratitude and thankfulness to all the walrus keepers, as well as Yuri, Sasha, Olga, Tatyana, and others whose names I cannot remember. What wonderful people you have working for you! I left your Zoo with a wonderful impression of it, and the Izhevsk Zoo will always be special to me. You have done a wonderful job in just a few years in building a real world-class zoo. The citizens of Udmurtia are very fortunate to have such a fine zoo to visit. I also believe your Zoo offers some unique opportunities and great Russian culture, and I hope my review of your Zoo in my upcoming book will expose your Zoo to many from outside of Udmurtia, and perhaps from outside of Russia. One final question: Was our television story, with my interview on TV? Is the video of that story available for me to see? Please let me know if I can see it. Побывали сегодня у Вас в зоопарке. Наша семья в полном восторге. Очень просторные вольеры, животные все чистенькие и ухоженные. Очень много интересных животных, огромная территория. Приветливый персонал, облагороженная территория. Огромное количество лавочек и беседок, что тоже не мало важно. И на все это очень приемлимые цены. Желаем Вам расти и развиваться. Все просто супер. На прошлой неделе первый раз посетили зоопарк! Просто в восторге!!!!! Отдохнули душой. Приятно смотреть на ухоженных,здоровых, активных животных. Спасибо!!!!! Единственный минус...маловата парковка.....пришлось парковаться в соседнем дворе. Но были в субботу..наплыв огромный...в следующий раз приедем на неделе....наверное поменьше будет народу. |

Добрый день. Побывали в вашем зоопарке. Очень понравилось. Персонал, охрана очень доброжелательны. Территория чистая, просторная. даже когда много народу, не тесно. Наши ожидания полностью оправдались. Жаль добираться к вам далековато, приезжали бы чаще. Желаем вам дальше развиваться, расширять список экспонируемых животных. Возможно, когда-нибудь увидим у вас бегемотов, слонов, жирафов. 😊 |
